March Garden to Do List:

Prune your landscape roses.

Sow cool season crops like chards, lettuce, peas, spinach and potatoes.

Seed bare patches in lawn try useing the same kind of grass currently in your lawn.

Apply slow release fertilizer to shrubs and perennials

Plant new trees.

Tie ornamental grasses and cut back a few inches above ground level.

Also remember to keep feeding those birds and picking those weeds!
